Content Management System (CMS)
A Content Management System lets you edit the content of your website yourself,
without having to go back to the web designer when you need your website
updating. Our Brochure websites are ideal for most people who only update their site 3 or 4 times a year, but if
you need to update your website weekly or even daily then you will need CMS.
If you have an existing website we can edit it and build in the content
management system whether the website was built by us or not. If you are
purchasing one of our brochure websites we can build in a content Managament System at the same time with a 33%
discount.
Website features
• A username and password will be supplied to access the CMS on your website
• You can edit the text on your web pages and insert new text and pictures
• You can easily store pictures, images & pdf files for use at a later date
• Create links to external web pages or add new pages to your website yourself
• The CMS comes with easy to follow instructions & text is edited in a similar way to ‘Word’
• Your website will remain live on the internet during the changes & look the same afterwards
Your web code needs to be chopped up and built into the CMS which can take about
10 hours
